Jadora is a premier generator of emission reductions using Agriculture,
Forest and Other Land Use (AFOLU), Reduced Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD) practices, and other innovative new strategies.

We have a creative team with over two hundred years of collective experience. Our experience allows us to balance the needs of local communities and the environment in developing countries with our partners’ interests to ensure that our projects generate substantial co-benefits.

Our sustainable land management practices work in tandem with private sector, NGO and government entities to ensure a “win-win” for all stakeholders. Aligning the interests of in-country and international stakeholders is critical for successful projects. Through full transparency and collaboration with our academic and NGO affiliates, we have formed a public-private coalition of supporting organizations to maximize the effectiveness of our projects.

Jadora’s for-profit model serves to accomplish the goals of social capacity building and environmental conservation. We believe this approach, combined with the sharing of co-benefits and profits, offers Jadora’s stakeholders a unique value proposition. It also enhances the opportunities for sustainable development beyond what is offered by a civil or NGO-only approach.
